FCCLA Students Win 1st Place at Region

FCCLA Three-Man Cooking Team of Holly Carter, Jessica Thompson and Romeo Wright won first place in FCCLA Regions 7 and 8 on March 6, 2015, by preparing a menu of Waldorf Salad, Shaker Style Turkey Cutlets, Potatoes Parmentier, and Sautéed Green Beans. Culinary Arts instructor at HCCA is Chef Leslie Hurdle.
