Stuart Hardy

Stuart Hardy has been a certified executive chef and certified culinary administrator for over 8 years, but his food service experience started when he was only 14 years old. His sister was a sous chef at a local bistro in Grand Rapids Michigan and she pulled him into the kitchen, a few years before it was technically legal, to become a pantry cook. It was there that he learned and developed a passion for food. He has worked in the industry in a variety of capacities: as a corporate chef, as a private chef, a banquets and catering chef, and most recently as a chef instructor. His move into education started at the post-secondary level, but has since taken on the roll as Executive Chef Instructor at Hutchings College and Career Academy in Macon Georgia.
