HCCA Students Place at SkillsUSA State Conference

Hutchings College and Career Academy Students Win Gold and Silver at SkillsUSA State Conference.

Fifteen Hutchings College and Career Academy students attended the SkillsUSA State Conference in Atlanta on March 26-28. We are proud to announce tht the team of Jasmine Sears (a Hutchings' part-time student from Howard High School) and Dineka Bivens won GOLD in Hair Design, and Yasmeen Henderson, Miah Edwards and Tarrell Gay (a Hutchings' part-time student from Rutland High School) won SILVER in Chapter Display. Advisers attending were Latonia Walker (Cosmetology) and Paige Welch (Graphic Communications.)
