Mark Robinson

Mark Robinson has been a certified pro chef and culinary administrator for over 18 years, but his food service experience started in the US Air Force when he was selected as Enlisted Aide/Private Chef for Air Force General officer’s. The Air Force sent him to numerous Culinary schools for training. He attended The Culinary Institute of America, where he was certified as a Pro Chef in 2009. He has worked in the industry in a variety of capacities: as a private chef, a banquets and catering chef, and most recently as a chef instructor. His move into education started at the post-secondary level, but has since taken on the roll as Chef Instructor at Hutchings College and Career Academy in Macon Georgia.
